Maze Pics

Hey all,(Please note that although I started this on the 7th, I am just now getting a chance to get it posted. It took too long to load the pics when I tried before, and now I'm just now getting back to it!!!! Today's date? Nov. 26, 2007)

Once again, I am making time for this!! We are expecting VERY IMPORTANT company this weekend, so have been BUSY, BUSY getting things ready for them to come. We only have about 1/2 the list done, so we will continue to be busy!!! We are looking forward to them coming!!

I have only had one day off at the corn maze for several weeks, but still worked a couple of hours before I knew that!! We had a school scheduled for a field trip, but they didn't come. When my boss went to call them to see where they were, I realized they had already been there the day before!! We had been surprised when 2 schools showed up, and we thought that one hadn't gotten written down on the schedule, but actually they came a day early!! It sure was crazy that day, but at least we got a small break!!!!
Here are some pictures of some of the activities available at the maze. These are of some of the children that come with their schools. I didn't get any pictures of them in the actual maze because I had to stay at the concession stand, so most of these are taken with zoom. I absolutely LOVE this camera!!!! My other one wouldn't even take outside pictures, let alone zoom in this close!!! In most of these, the children are several yards away. Here they are!!!

This is a Hay Jump, and the children as well as adults, have a blast on this!!

This slide is "Da Bomb!!" Children and adults can't get enough of it!! We had a senior citizen group one day, and one of the ladies (in her 90's I believe) went down this slide (more than once I might add) and after the first time told Ron that that particular time was the VERY FIRST time she had EVER gone down a slide!! It's steeper than it looks!!!

That about wraps this post up. So, keep tuned for more on what's going on here!!!!

Until next time,

Esther
