Picture Post

Hey all,

I went through some of my pics and resized them, so I hope they load quickly. Here they are!!! I will put descriptions with the pics, but otherwise, the pics will speak for themselves.

My Birthday/Valentine's Day gifts. (BTW, we have stripped off the flowered wall paper and painted the wall behind the "subject" so it looks a lot different, and better, now!!)

The flowers. Very beautiful, and was a wonderful surprise!!!

My chicks just a few days, maybe a week after we got them.

My chickens going to roost. They are about 2 months old here.

My sisters-in-law and myself. Results from a day in Mexico.

Close up.

Ron's sisters were here over Easter Sunday, so we had snacks with the church people after church that evening. One of the men was teasing Ron about having a chip on his shoulder, so they made it "for real"!!!

Holly loving on Skye, one of our young men's "baby".

Close up of some of the names on a plaque at the Iwo Jima memorial. We actually spoke with and listened to some stories from the man whose name is underlined. He and his wife were there the same time we were.

Subway picnic at the wildlife refuge.

The following pictures are various scenes from the wildlife refuge, taken at various times.

Stay tuned, as there will be more pics later!!! I have been busy since last post, and need to catch up on that, and my brother is coming for a couple days this week, so will need to post about that too. Hope all is going well!!! Ya'll have a great week!!!!!

Until next time,

Esther

Are you getting any cackleberries from those chickens yet, and shouldn't someone knock the chip off Ron's shoulder. Anyway good to see you are having fun. Do not have to much fun with your bro there. Wish I could be there as well.

Love that chip on the shoulder! Give him some Reese's Pieces and he'll be fine!!!

Karen, I may have to do that. It's been a while since he's had reece's pieces. Dark chocolate M&Ms would probably work too.
