Prayer Requests

Dear Readers,
I have no idea how many are reading my blog. That is why I am excited about this posting!! God hears and answers prayer, and the more that pray, the better it is!! I have two very pressing requests that I would like your help in praying for.

1) My cousin's husband, Tim, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on Aug. 11. He is in Wichita, KS ICU. He has had brain damage, and has been in a coma since that accident. He is starting to wake up and move some, but because the movement was causing other problems, he has been under some sedation to minimize the movement. There has been progress since the accident, for which we praise God, but there is still a LONG ways to go!!! God is the Great Physician, and we are trusting Him for His will to be done. As far as I know, Tim has accepted Christ as his Saviour, so is ready for Heaven. He has several children, I don't even know how many since he was married once before. My cousin, Trina, has been with him from the beginning, and she needs prayer as well, for strength and comfort during this really tough time. Please help us pray that God will work in this situation to bring Glory to His name, and to bring lost souls to Him.

2) My mom works with a home health agency as an RN. Their latest patient is an 8 month old baby girl with a serious heart defect. (She really is a cutie!!!) This baby has been in and out of the hospital since she was born. The family needs a miracle. Actually, instead of me trying to tell you the details, you can read the blog her mommy made for her. It's "Bella's Blog" on my links. Like I said before, God is the Great Physician!!! We are trusting that His will be done. The same as with Tim, please help us pray that God will work in this situation to bring Glory to His name, and to help someone find salvation through this.

Thank you so very much for banding together with me on these issues. We need God to work miracles in these families, and we can all have a part in that by holding these ones up before God. Thank you so very, very much!!! May God bless you!!! I will do my best to keep you updated on Tim's progress. As far as Bella goes, just keep checking her blog. Her mommy can do better than I can.

Until next time,
Esther
