A beautiful day!!

Hey all,
Today is a beautiful day to serve Jesus!!! I haven't been out much today, but the temperature is cool, and the sun is shining. The other day as I was walking out to the mail box, I was blessed by the knowledge that there is a creator!! The birds were singing, since we'd had rain the day and night before the grass was green again, there was a gentle breeze blowing, and the air smelled fresh and clean. (Someone in the neighborhood was bbq-ing, so the air smelled of that too!!) It was such a good day to be alive, and serving Jesus.

I have found in my walk with God, that it doesn't matter what the day is like, it's ALWAYS a beautiful day to serve Jesus!!! He more than makes up for when the weather isn't so nice, or when bad things happen. For a true follower of Christ, His peace remains always in the heart, and nothing can take it away. Today, I determine in my heart to live as if Christ were to come back any minute (we know it could happen anyway, so why not always live like it?). I determine to have a Christ like attitude, and to make every decision, however small, according to what would be pleasing to God. It's a beautiful day to serve Jesus, and I intend to do that today, tomorrow, the next day, and the next day, and every day after that until He returns, or calls me home. I challenge you to do the same. If you are not living according to God's will, then turn to Him, repent, and give your life TOTALLY to Him, and He will give you the strength, wisdom, grace, and whatever else you need to serve Him with your WHOLE heart and life.

Remember, it's a beautiful day to serve Jesus!!!! Live for Him today!!!!
